Dual member athletes have access to all coached sessions except for our partnered swim squad sessions (Monday & Wednesday) where there is an additional cost.
We also have coached bike and run sessions as well as brick sessions to allow our athletes to practice transitions.
All of our sessions are available to members
All in person sessions (excluding Monday and Wednesday swim squad) are included for coached athletes.

personalised TRI coaching
Receive a personalised coaching program that caters for you. We work together taking into consideration your goals, your life commitments, injury history etc.
You program will be uploaded on TrainingPeaks or through email if you prefer. All in person sessions excluding Monday and Wednesday swim squad are included in your coaching fees.
Single sport coaching
Work one on one with the coach to prepare for your next swimming, cycling or running event. Whether you are choosing to run a 5k or a marathon, ride peaks challenge or swim an open water marathon we can help get you there.
