In person coaching
At Kaizen we like to work with each athlete as an individual which is why we focus on personalised programs for each athlete. However we feel for us as a team, coach and athlete, to get the most out of the experience we need to see our athletes regularly which is why we have in person sessions. This also helps to create a stronger relationship and an environment where you are supported by other Kaizen athletes.

Virtual Group Rides
There is a large number of benefits of riding on a smart trainer. Firstly it means athletes can ride just about anywhere at anytime. It’s also the safest place you can possibly ride. Through the use of Zwift we are now able to do structured workouts together from the safety of our home. Virtual group rides allows us to connect for structured workouts, group rides and do so in the time restraints of our busy lives.
Brick Sessions
Throughout the season we run brick sessions which we find vitally important. We do this for many reasons including providing more opportunities to practice your transitions. Transitions are often where time is lost and this is one area we find many athletes can benefit from. We also need to be able to run well off the bike and this doesn’t just happen. Brick workouts are fundamental to our success as triathletes.
Run Squad
Run squad is currently held on Thursday mornings. We use some of the beautiful parks in the Hawthorn and Richmond area. To find out more get in touch about how you can get involved.
