There’s this motion,
constant emotion.
I hear the silence,
filled by a thousand words. 
I’ve got these emotions, 
that run deeper than the ocean. 
Don’t tell me you understand. 
Screaming out in pain,
only cutting to numb the pain. 
Through the dark,
we are all just trying to find our way.
In love there’s light. 
Maybe the future is bright,
just not tonight.

Making the journey can sometimes feel scary. Taking that leap from the known to the unknown. Leaving the comfort zone to explore more about yourself and those limiting beliefs. Explore the beauty that is in this life and challenge yourself to want more and believe you are worth it.

Take the leap and see what is on the other side. 
Ask yourself have I stretched myself outside of my comfort zone today, this week, this month or even this year?
What leap do you want to make but haven’t due to limiting beliefs... the time is now!

To breathe is to love.
It gives us life.
Love is what comes naturally like breathing. We breathe it in, we breathe it out. We give, we receive. It is apart of who we are. 
We can try and stop but to do so leads to suffering. Do what comes naturally. Breathe. Love.

Palms clammy.
I shiver, I shake. 
Heart in my throat,
a constant unsettling.
Overwhelmed with the thoughts that consume.
Run and hide,
no exit sign in sight
Frozen by fear and self doubt,
with tears of anxiety.
My guts battling with the constant beating.
Dry heave, pike,
It’s all coming up now.
The panic rises with the depth and vastness of the sea I have created. 
Can’t eat, can’t sleep.
This ocean of insecurity is immense.
If only I could make this darkness my light.
Once debilitated by depression,
now succumbed to the animal that is anxiety.

People often post their life as a highlight reel.
It’s not always as it appears to be.
Sometimes life gets messy, the journey home isn’t always a simple one. 
It can be extremely challenging and one that takes you to the darkest places. When you arrive home though to the peace, the calm, the love that always remains there is one worth making the journey for. 

Your energy is worth more than any material matter. Your energy is your currency in the world and in the the universe. The greatest gifts you give to another is your thoughts, intentions and energetic love.
